Daily Schedule
The Jam
The JAM convenes at 8:30 am each morning and ends promptly at 3:00 pm on Days 1 – 3 (Monday – Wednesday of Week 1; Monday, Tuesday & Thursday of Week 2) of camp. Students are required to depart the campus at 3:00 pm, except for the last two days of camp, when they will stay through the evening performances. Because each student is an integral part of a band, students are required to attend all days of camp so as not to disrupt the rehearsals.

- 8:30 – roll call and group assembly (Harlin Student Center)
9:00 – Clinic Band Session
11:00 – lunch with performances by JAM students and special guests
12:00 – Showcase Band Session
3:00 – dismissal

Week 2: Friday

3:10 – Sound checks & rehearsals for evening performance
4:00 – Dinner served on campus (included in tuition)

6:00 – The JAM Showcase
Late Pick-Up (Days 1 – 3 Only)
Students who sign up for Late Pick-Up will be allowed to stay on campus until 4:00 pm. There is no charge for this service, but students will be assigned tasks to help ready the campus for the next day, and they are expected to work. Only students enrolled in Late Pick-Up may stay on campus past 3:00 pm.
